Our history as a formulation and packaging company
Tecnologías Verdes Aplicadas (TVA) is an agrochemical products company founded in 2014 by professionals with over 25 years of experience in the agrochemical sector. Currently, our formulation and packaging company consists of a team of 25 professionals, where the experience of the most seasoned members is complemented by the preparation and enthusiasm of younger engineers and graduates.
This extensive experience in the agrochemical sector allows us to maintain the highest standards of quality and safety in all phases of the production process for phytosanitary products and fertilizers, complying with all necessary regulations and standards, and with an unwavering commitment to quality, safety, and the environment.

Renewable Energies
We have successfully implemented a self-consumption electricity project, ensuring that 100% of our energy comes from renewable sources.
Own Wastewater Treatment Plant
We have our own wastewater treatment plant at our factory to responsibly treat the wastewater generated during the production process.
Recycled Plastic
We manufacture our own containers from recycled plastic, thereby contributing to waste reduction and promoting the circular economy.
Municipal Solid Waste (MSW)
We have recycled over 1 million kilograms of plastic from municipal solid waste, which we use to manufacture our COMBOX composters.
Water-based Vegetable Inks
We use water-based vegetable inks and have an installed treatment plant that allows us to generate a smaller amount of industrial waste.
Sustainable Packaging
Our containers and packaging are manufactured with FSH Certification from sustainable forests, thus ensuring resource conservation.
Biodiversity
We reject neonicotinoids in favor of biodiversity, especially bees, which play a vital role in ecological balance.
Carbon Emissions
More efficient logistics help reduce freight traffic. Each truck makes only essential trips, maximizing every kilometer traveled.

Quality Control and Innovative Development (R)
Our formulation and packaging company’s laboratory supports the quality assurance of raw materials, final products, and production processes.
Similarly, research efforts focus on developing and reviewing formulas and production processes, determining validated commercial product specifications in accordance with CIPAC requirements and regulatory testing protocols.
At our agrochemical products company, we also have the most advanced technology for the rigorous analysis and control of products. For this purpose, we have, among others, the following instrumental techniques:
- Liquid chromatography with UV detector.
- Ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometry.
- Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometry.
