TVA will proceed with the rectification or deletion within 10 days following receipt of the request.
C.- The right of objection may be exercised, in accordance with the following provisions, whenever the data subject wishes to object to the processing of their personal data, whether the data is processed lawfully on the basis of legitimate interest or consent relating to advertising purposes.
D.- The right of portability may be exercised, in accordance with the following provisions, whenever the data subject considers that the data collected in our processing operations must be returned to the data subject, or where applicable to a third party (Data Processor).
E.- The right of restriction of processing may be exercised, following the right of objection to the processing of your data, and while the right of objection is being resolved, the processing of the data will be restricted.
